Updates since Energizer run :)

Thanks Eva for reminding me of my blog :)

When i read back all the things in wrote, it just brings memories. Life is full of memories, be it happy or sad, exciting or mundane, challenging or boring...it is still life experiences. I am not very good at remembering stuffs so by blogging i get to read back what actually happened in my life!! What about you?

So what's up with me lately is the Miracle 2011, 16 July 2011 (a yearly community / charity event organised by FF) and i am the champion for this year's Miracle :) The task was given to me and i was excited to take it up. Lots of special classes lined up on the event day and praying real hard that this event will help to generate RM90K for the 2 beneficiary (World Kidney Foundation and Persatuan Kebajikan Kasih)

Flash back : 2 weeks back took a short trip with Pauline to her hometown, the land of FOOD!!! Penang :)

I had no time to blog about this so i just had the picture up 1st.

After the Energizer run on Sat (16 Apr 2011) which was a disaster (will blog in another day) the following day went waterfall with my 2 best buddies ( Hotomi  and Cindy). Like hero, wearing gym top and short pants had a good time at the waterfall (Chilling Waterfall) Didn apply any sunblock whatsoeva...never expected to get a tan let alone a burn!! sign!!

The following day my whole back was red like lobster and HOT HOT HOT.. can even burn ur hand if u touch...lol

With the pain...continued to do class on monday morning.

Applied Aloe Vera for 3 consecutive day. Pain for almost 4 consecutive day. Today (22 Apr - Fri) getting better. The skin peeling off now. Looks horrible...really bad two tone skin!!! aiks no more pretty liao

Fitness Firster

Time really flies when you are busy and having loads of Fun being busy!! YAY

I started at FFDU and was given a real big step (thank you Janis) for the trust and the opportunity given. I officially got transfer from FFDU to FF Empire Subang. date 1st March 2011.

Events are piling up like mountain. New release launch gonna take place dis weekend and i am nothing but overly excited!!! Tho havn't really learnt any of the new release...oh boy!!
Followed by International Fitness Week. Is gonna be a big big event :)

... i am so tired today...but i must say i had de best BC class today. The members at Klang KBT took my every single breath away. The class was pack to the max....40 people...woohoo!!!  A bunch of BC freaks!!! LOVE them

January 2011

What has been happening in my daily life....
One thing is for sure..one word..BUSY!!

January 2011 marks a big change in my career. My love life is still misty...but i am optimist :)

On January 15th, I officially started my new job with Fitness First. It was a decision i made with lots of consideration in mind. Some may have been affected from my decision to change. Many were happy for my change. But at the end of the day.. I am happy i made the change. I decided to jump out from my really comfortable zone in True Fitness...to get myself into a more challenging job in Fitness First.

I've only been here for 2 weeks now...coming into my 3rd week and i am Loving it. Yes more challenges but very rewarding as well. I get to share ideas and i get to carry them out. That is what's rewarding!!! and members are also very supportive and very motivating.

A lot of activities as well...looking forward to lou sang dinner wif my GX group. Looking forward to the the GongXi Valentine theme class. Looking forward to dinner and dance (chic and sassy) WOW!!! Looking for forward to BC and RPM mentorship. Looking forward to the new uniform.

2011...January is nearly coming to an end

i have so so so much to do. But dont get me wrong i am loving every second of my day. Every second of it.
Too much i dont know where to begin.

i shall...shall not begin tonite bcoz...i am too sleepy already. and i have a lot to share...so i'll take my beauty sleep before i start on my journal
