16 - 19 April (Fri Sat Sun) - Body Pump Training
Most unforgetable xperience is the BP challenge. Weights were all 2 times normal weight.
Chess was 10 10kg on both sides of the bar.
Squat, Clean and Press, Deadrow and Deadlift were 10 10kg as well.
Tricep Bicep Shoulders were on 5 5 kg
Trainer was Rue
Last day of the training we were all worned out.
But pain was just temporary... Success last foreva. (Pass as Trainee)
23 April (Thur)
My 1st TT was wif Su-yee, 815am class. at Taipan
Did tracks 5 6 and 7 (tricep, bicep, lunges)
All ok. Strength is in my coaching. Need emphsis on timing. Not every obvious tho
27 April (Mon)
2nd TT wif Julian at Hartamas 7am class
did tracks 2 5 6 asn 7 ( Squat, tricep, bicep, lunges)
3rd TT wif Alex at Taipan 745pm class
did tracks 2 3 and 4 (Squat, Chess, back)
