I am loving Body Pump!

today one of my regular RPMer told me that they can see a drastic change in my physic...my arms are getting toner...yeah!!!

He asked me hav i been doin an exercise routine differently? YES YES...i've been doin BodyPump lately...about 2 mths roughly...

and he says...wow only 2 mths and de results is fabulous!!! i must get my wife to do BodyPump too... ( i guess it must be de combination...RPM Challenge + BP = fabulousity!!)

and since i took over the BodyPump slot from Greg ( de leng chai Pump instructor) de numbers are very promising... it stated off wif 5 ppl...now de class is more den a hand full. Today BodyPump class was 15 ppl....

I AM DEFINITELY LOVING IT!!
