Today was a long productive day of exercise and "makan"
the input and output of calories
i had a crazy 3 classes from 7am - 12pm ( RPM... BP...RPM) a total of approx 1,000 calories burn
took a quick nap before headed to Eva's place for BBQ session...
Had to do a quick calculation...
3 chick wings = 400 cal
2 lamb chops = 800 cal
4 glasses coke = 600 cal
OMGosh.... i ate more den i burnt!!!
HOW? whats done is done...we live to eat common...tmro go work it out again la!
